School Age
How far can you stretch your school’s technology dollar before it snaps?
COMPUTER EXPLORERS integrated technology resource program provides a cost-effective technology education program that uses your existing hardware and fits into your budget.
Our curriculum meets and exceeds the National Educational Technology Standards, and integrates core-curriculum into the project-based learning.
• First-graders may create a multi-media project about math facts
• Fifth graders might write and post the blog of a Civil War general
• Eighth graders could design a marketing program for their school
Eight technology areas cover a spectrum of skills defined by our proprietary scope and sequence:
• basic computer operations
• keyboarding
• word processing
• graphic design
• multimedia presentations
• spreadsheets
• databases
• Internet use (including Website design, writing HTML, using Web 2.0 tools).
The COMPUTER EXPLORERS resource teacher will work with your staff to create the most exciting technology skills and integration program you can imagine!
